The category says Highlighters however I have included glow giving primers here as well. The reason for doing this is that these primers will mimic a lit from within kind of look, which we all love!!Although balm highlighters are all the rage now I have just added the Chanel (Love it!) one to this list. Simply because some of them feel tacky and I'm not sure how many moms would appreciate that. I have to add that initially I hated balm highlighters that were tacky, but they have grown on me. I do no mind the tackiness simply because these highlighters photograph so well.
