Up until a few years back, I did not need concealers. But that has all changed now. My racoon eyes need all the help they can get these days. And I am thankful I have found a few that work very well for me. So today I will share with you my NARS and YSL Favorite Concealers.

A little bit about my skin. I have sensitive, combination skin. Depending on the season and the foundation formula, I was color matched to foundations from NC30- NC40 in MAC. I am a 40 Beige in Chanel foundations.

My NARS Favorite Concealers

NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer

This is a full-coverage, oil-free concealer that conceals and blurs imperfections and has a soft-matte finish. It does not settle into fine lines and stays put for more than 8 hours on me. And 8 hours is a long time for me. After that I always have to powder my face as my skin starts looking a bit oily. This is a good concealer if you want high coverage and some acne concealing.

If you have dry skin, this might not be ideal for you. The shade I am using is Macadamia. It blends nicely and almost melts into my skin. I use this when I need more help with concealing. For everyday needs I use the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer.

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer

I love this concealer for my everyday concealing needs. It covers my dark circles well and does not cake or crease. The shade I am using is Ginger. This concealer is very creamy, blends well and has a very natural finish. The coverage is not too heavy. I set my undereye area with a little bit of powder after applying this concealer and I am done. The best part is every shade also comes in a mini size perfect for travel.

My YSL Favorite Concealers

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat All-Over Brightening Concealer Pen

I have this in two shades. I use shade 3 and 4.5 for some concealing and brightening. The product is thin, creamy and spreads easily. According to the instructions, I had to click it about 30 times. I did just that and the product started flowing. I love using this when I am leaning towards a no makeup look. This always give me a perfect natural look with some glow. It almost has some blurring effect, which is good for my mature skin.

I use this under my brow bone, on the bridge of my nose, my cheeks and under my eyes. Always see perfect results after using this. I love the sheer and brightening effect Touche Eclat Provides.
