Sometimes you buy an eyeshadow, because it looks great in the pan. That teal or the amazing duo chrome eyeshadow you picked, somehow does not look the same on your eyelids. And that is so disappointing. But fear not, I know a tip to make eyeshadow pop.

This happens for multiple reasons. Maybe the eyeshadow is not pigmented enough. Or maybe you need a primer. In most cases though using a base will help the eyeshadow color to pop.

When I heard that Urban Decay was coming out with a Naked3 Mini Eyeshadow Palette, I wanted it. I did not buy the Urban Decay Naked3 Original Palette, so it made sense to me to buy the mini one.

I love uncomplicated makeup. Quick looks, just swipe and blend kind of products are my jam. That's where the Kosas 10-Second Liquid Eyeshadow comes in. As always, I did my research, saw the swatches on the Sephora website. Read hundreds of reviews and saw swatches on other blogs, before deciding to buy the 2 colors.

According to the Sephora website this is “A clean, water-based, fast-drying, crease-resistant formula, for buildable, high-impact color that stays all day.” It also has the clean at Sephora seal.
