Get A Stunning Glow With Glamglow Glowstarter Illuminating Moisturizer

Thanks to harsh winters, indoor heating and many other factors, my skin does not always behave. It lacks luster sometimes, gets dry in places sometimes. Therefore, I am obsessed with products that promise to give me that glow from within look. As a result, I use Glamglow Glowstarter Illuminating Moisturizer to add some glow back.

Sephora says it is “A daily illuminating moisturizer to give your skin an instant hydrated glow. Your skin will be moisturized, energized, and glowing.”

Packaging

Glamglow especially does a great job with the packaging. The product comes in a shiny silver plastic container which looks expensive. In the middle of the jar lid is their signature star logo. In fact the container even has directions on how to use the illuminating moisturizer. This comes in two shades Nude Glow and Sun Glow.

Formula

Glamglow Glowstarter Illuminating Moisturizer has a whipped cream type of consistency. It has hyaluronic acid, green tea, and highlighting pearl particles. In addition, the moisturizer has no sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, phthalates, and mineral oil. This product is also vegan. Beauties with normal, dry and combination skin types can use this illuminating moisturizer.

My Experience

My skin tone is medium and I use the shade Nude Glow. Just to give you some idea, I was matched to MAC NC37-40 in the past and use Chanel 40 Beige foundation. Nude Glow gives me a subtle glow when used under makeup. I use it under concealer and powder for a simple glowy look. If I want a healthy glow I add foundation after concealer and powder after that. At times I wear it over foundation and add a bit to the highpoints of my face.

I have found that a little goes a long way. If you use too much it can make you look greasy. This is more of a glow adding/highlighting product for me depending on how I use it, rather than a moisturizer. Glamglow Glowstarter Illuminating Moisturizer also has a soft focus and radiant effect on me.

Tip:- Looks amazing when used on your arms and collar bones.

Fragrance

I think it smells like an orange creamsicle. I am not too fond of it, but it dissipates in some time. If you are sensitive to fragrance you might want to smell it before buying.
