Tatcha Rice Polish

Tatcha The Classic Rice Polish Foaming Enzyme Powder Review

I meant to do this post for the longest time, however I got caught up with other things. Making a post , making sure your kids are entertained/busy is not an easy task. This entire school year was all about fractions. My fraction concepts are clear now, is all I can say. Fractions I did not love. However I have loved whatever I have tried from Tatcha. I really love the Tatcha Classic Rice Enzyme Powder.

What Sephora Has To Say

Tatcha Classic Rice Enzyme is “ A water-activated exfoliant of nourishing Japanese rice bran that transforms to a creamy foam for smooth, polished skin. The Classic (best for normal/combination/dry skin): nourishes and conditions with crushed pearl extract. This pure formula is non-irritating, non-sensitizing, dermatologist tested, and cruelty-free.”

Packaging

Tatcha Classic Rice Enzyme Powder comes packaged in a jar. The container has a small opening covered by a little retractable tab. This small opening ensures that you pour a small amount of the powder onto the palm of your hand. The tab closes securely therefore you can travel with it comfortably.

Formula

I have the Classic powder. Apart from the Classic powder, Tatcha also has Calming, Gentle and Deep Enzyme powder options. The powder is not gritty at all and you activate it by adding water. First take a little bit of power, then add a few drops of water and you are set to get started. Tatcha Classic Rice Enzyme Powder has Japanese rice barn, papaya enzymes, pearl along with Tatcha’s proprietary Hadasei-3 complex.

My Experience

Winter is always so harsh on my skin. The snow, the dry cold air makes my skin dry. Exfoliation and moisturizing help. I highly recommend this product. Tatcha Classic Rice Enzyme Powder is a holy grail product for me. It is super gentle to use anytime of the year and a great way to cleanse my face. I take off my makeup and then use this as a gentle exfoliator. My skin does not feel raw or stripped after using this. I like to follow this with the Tatcha Water Cream or the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream.

Sephora suggests to begin with wet hands and face. Take ½ tsp of powder and rub together to create a foam. Massage onto face for 15 seconds. Rise with warm water. All done.
