Sunday is my day to do some serious skincare stuff. What I mean by that is I try to exfoliate, apply a mask or a hydrating treatment. On Sunday's I pamper myself. I tried the Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Face Mask and Exfoliating Treatment a few weeks back. I keep seeing these on Social media everywhere and was so glad when Sand & Sky kindly gifted me these products in exchange for my honest review.
Packaging Of The Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Face Mask And Exfoliating Treatment
The Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Face mask is packaged in a plastic container. I love that they have included a brush to apply this mask. The Exfoliating Treatment comes in a tube. Both the face mask and exfoliating treatment have this cute pink packaging.
Formula Of The Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Face Mask And Exfoliating Treatment
Both these products are cruelty-free and PETA approved. All of the Sand & Sky ingredients are natural Australian ingredients. Pink Clay draws out impurities, toxins, excess oils, and help brighten and refine the complexion. Pretty and powerful, Australian Pink Clay is rich in minerals that lock in moisture and detoxify the skin. The most important minerals in pink clay are silica, magnesium and zinc.
My Experience With The Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Face Mask And Exfoliating Treatment
A little bit about my skin. I have sensitive, combination skin. I'll start with the face mask first. I love the pink color of this mask. It goes on pink but as it dries it turns white. I apply a thin layer with the brush provided. Remember a little goes a long way with this mask. I have not had any problems with drying or flaking of skin after using this. Also this did not break me out. My skin felt so smooth after using the Australian Pink Clay face mask. I noticed a glow as soon as I took off the mask. So in short my skin appeared refreshed and luminous.
Now lets move on to the Sand & Sky Exfoliating Treatment. Again I follow the instructions while using this. After cleansing, I apply this to my moist face. Massage it gently for 30 seconds and then keep it on for about 5 minutes and then wash my face with warm water. This treatment provides a physical and chemical exfoliation. It leaves my skin smooth and gives me a natural glow. Again I found that this treatment like the Australian Pink Clay is not drying.
A big thank you to Sand & Sky for sending me these products to try in exchange for my honest opinion. I see what all the rage is about. I am hooked to these 2 products. In the past clay masks I have tried have been drying, even on my combination skin. So glad this mask and exfoliating treatment are not.
- Both products are not drying
- Did not break out my sensitive skin
- Nothing that I can think of.
