Magnificent Must Haves- NARS Dolce Vita Sheer Lipstick

I cannot believe it is Friday. This week just flew by. Time flies when you are having fun and also when you are just too busy doing everyday stuff, apparently. Back to today's topic. Magnificent Must Haves are items that I love, items that perform well and items that I never want to see discontinued. Today's Magnificent Must Haves product is my favorite NARS Dolce Vita Sheer Lipstick.

NARS Dolce Vita Sheer Lipstick Packaging

The packaging is sleek and beautiful. The lipstick is packaged in a matte black, plastic rectangular tube. The lower half of the tube has the brand name written in thin white letters. Over time the packaging get messy, but wiping it with a makeup remover wipe helps to keep it clean. If the rubberized packaging gets sticky, I find that cleaning with isopropyl alcohol helps. The packaging will be clean and non sticky but will lose its matte rubberized look and start looking like a regular shiny black plastic container.

NARS Dolce Vita Sheer Lipstick Formula

This is a sheer, hydrating lipstick with passion fruit seed oil and moringa oil. It is also gluten-free and fragrance-free.

My Experience

I am on my second tube of this beautiful NARS Sheer Lipstick. The dusty rose shade is perfect for everyday. Love the balmy, hydrating texture, as I have crocodile lips. It is super comfortable to wear. Since it is a sheer lipstick with a creamy formula, I have to reapply throughout the day. But I don't mind. It's my MLBB shade. Great subtle color with a very comfortable formula. If you are someone with a medium, medium tan skin tone and are looking for a MLBB shade, give this a try. I think somehow this shade will suit many skin tones.
