I picked up the new Blush Lumiere Powder Blush in the shade Peche Rosee and also the stunning eyeshadow palette. But today I am here to talk about the beautiful blush in this collection. Packaging Of The Chanel Blush Lumiere Powder Blush Peche Rosee
The Summer-Summer 2022 Collection has 2 blushes. Peche Rosee and Brun Roussi. The packaging is standard Chanel packaging. There is a gold Chanel double C's logo on the top of the black blush container. The compact has a mirror and a brush. The brush is a nice touch but I almost never use the brushes that come with makeup products. The regular Chanel blushes have 0.21 oz of product while these blushes have 0.6oz of product. So you get more product, but the cost also increases.
Formula Of The Chanel Blush Lumiere Powder Blush Peche Rosee
This is a very finely milled powder blush. It is very smooth/soft to the touch. I see subtle shimmer in the pan but it disappears on the skin. It leaves a gorgeous color with a luminous sheen. The powder is embossed with a sunray motif inspired by Gabrielle Chanel's Mediterranean villa. The eyeshadows also have a similar embossing.
My Experience With The Chanel Blush Lumiere Powder Blush Peche Rosee
I am really pleased with my purchase. Both the blush shades from this collection are stunning. I went with Peche Rosee because I thought Brun Roussi as stunning at it is, would be a little dark on me. And I love peach/coral blushes. Peche Rosse is a coral peach blush with a dash of very fine gold shimmer. Don't worry this won't make you look like a shimmer bomb. If anything it will give you a beautiful glow/sheen.
This blush can be built up to the consistency you desire. It blends easily and performs well over foundation. I wore it for about 8 hours after which it started to fade a bit. Also I have sensitive, combination skin and Chanel 40 Beige foundation is my foundation match. In short, I love this formula and color.
