Packaging

Packaging is fairly simple. The toner comes packaged in a plastic bottle. There is a sticker sheet on the bottle which states the name of the product and how to use it.

Formula

The Kiehl's Ultra Facial Toner formula has potent ingredients like Apricot Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil and Squalane to keep skin hydrated. It is milky in color and has a thick consistency. This toner is alcohol free and suitable for all skin types.

My Experience

This does not look and feel like any other toner I have used. The Kiehl's Ultra Facial Toner is hydrating and does what it says. Moreover it is reasonably priced. I find it very soothing, mild and my skin drinks up this stuff during winter. There is no stinging with this toner. I have used this for a couple of years without any issues. To uses it as a toner after cleansing, first I moisten a cotton pad with it and then apply it to my face avoiding the eyes.

There is one more way that I use the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Toner. I also use this as a moisturizing base. When I do this I directly take the liquid onto the palms of my hands and apply to my face. It just gives my skin an extra boost of much needed moisture.

I love the milky texture and allow the toner to sink in fully before following with the next step in my skincare routine.
