Because of its chemical composition honey never spoils. 5,000 year old honey has been found and it is still edible, but honey has to be natural and sealed properly to enjoy its long lifespan. Isn’t that amazing. Coming back to today's topic…samples. I love samples. Getting them, trying them on and deciding whether they result in a purchase or no, is so thrilling and an effortless way to tempt customers. How important are samples to you?
Stores like Sephora, Ulta and many others give freebies with every purchase. Sometimes with loyalty programs you get to add these tiny treats against points you earned with your purchases. If you are spending your hard earned money on beauty products, will a few samples, gifts with purchase push you to make a purchase to avail of that offer? For me, I feel special when I get them. Some can provide up to 7-10 days of use. For me, that is enough time to know if the product will break me out or not. I love getting perfume samples. There have been many occasions when a sample I tried and loved compelled me to buy a full sized bottle. With makeup, skincare products you can spoil/pamper yourself, try something new, test it out before you decide to splurge on it.
Let me tell you something, I have never had to buy mascara. Over the years, I have collected so many with some of the store's gifts with purchase offers. In short I love getting samples with my purchases.
