Another random fun fact for you. A group of bunnies is called a fluffle. Baby bunnies are called kittens. Just how cute is that! For today's look I paired Taupe Eyeshadow and Pink Lipstick. I loved the end result. What do you think?
I always start with my sunscreen, then apply primer. After it dries/sets I start with my eye makeup. After that I apply foundation/tinted moisturizer and concealer. Finally I apply some powder, blush, lipstick and then my mascara as the last step. Sometimes I change the order a bit and apply powder over blush, sometimes I apply blush over powder. Also, sometimes I will just powder parts of my face, not the entire face. In conclusion, my steps change from time to time. But order is mostly eye makeup before face makeup.
Eye Makeup
I primed my eyes with Urban Decay Primer Potion. The eyeshadow I choose for this look is my old trusted Chanel Prelude quad. It has some cool toned shades which I thought would not suit me. But I was so wrong. The shades here are a mix of dark taupe brown with multicolored shimmer, purplish brown, grey taupe and an ivory shade.
I applied the taupe brown on my lids and used the dark purplish brown in the outer V. Also added MAC Wedge eyeshadow in my crease. I lined my eyes with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner Pencil in Perversion. Perversion is a matte black eyeliner. The Mascara I used was Armani Eyes to Kill Mascara.
Face Makeup
I used NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer under my eyes. I use the shade Ginger mostly. Sometime I mix Macadamia and Ginger. Foundation I used is Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Perfect Glow Flawless Oil-Free Foundation in the shade 5.75. This is such a beautiful foundation that provides a medium coverage with a fabulous finish. I used this with my beauty blender today. I set everything up with Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder.
As you all know NARS Madly is one of my most loved blush. You guessed it, I used that for this look. I have a backup of this blush. I cannot find it on the Sephora or Nordstrom website now. It’s a perfect brownish pink shade on my medium skin tone. I also used Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter on the highpoints of my face.
Eyebrows
I use Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer for defining my brows. Growing up I always hated my beautiful thick browns. How I regret it now. Now I have sparse brows and bald spots. Thank goodness for brow products.
Lips
For my lips I used Hourglass Confession™ Ultra Slim High Intensity Refillable Lipstick in If Only. If only is a deep rose color. On me it look like a muted pink lipstick.
