New Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm Review And Swatches

Hourglass is one of my most loved makeup brands and I love sheer, glossy lip products. So when Hourglass came out with the Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm, I had to try them. I love hydrating lipstick more than matte ones. I do love the look of a matte lipstick. But for day to day I prefer glossy, balm type of hydrating, nourishing lipsticks.

The Sephora website says this is “An innovative, all-in-one lip gloss-balm that nourishes, hydrates, and visibly plumps lips while delivering full-bodied color with a dewy, high-shine finish.”

NARS came out with the Summer Unrated Eyeshadow Palette a few days back. Luckily I got to swatch it at one of my visits to Sephora.

Tom Ford released 3 eyeshadow quads with a new creme powder formula. I picked up 2 of these quads. This is my review for the Tom Ford Eye Color Creme Eyesahdow Quad Smoky Quartz. Do you like shimmer eyeshadows or matte ones? In addition, Smoky Quartz is the only quad out the newly released quads with all matte shades.
