Clinique Cheek Pop Palette

Beautiful Clinique Cheek Pop Palette Review

Some palettes are so beautiful to look at! I am almost afraid to touch them. Scared that I might ruin them. So for days I just open them, look at them, close the lid and put the palette back again. Eventually I gather courage to swatch them and start using them and enjoying them. Even after years, this still happens whenever I lay my hands on a beautiful palette. This Beautiful Clinique Cheek Pop Palette is one such palette.

According to Sephora this is a honey themed palette that helps you to achieve a just-pinched flush look. “This palette provides you with two honey-themed cheek colors and a golden-hued highlighter. CLINIQUE‘s clean philosophy means no parabens, no phthalates, and no fragrance—just happy skin.”

Packaging

The blushes and highlighter are packaged in a plastic container. The container has a magnetic closure. There is a good sized mirror included. The plum plastic container has a sticker with some silver shimmery flowers, but does not include the shade names on it.

My Experience

I think this palette is a great value for money. You get two blushes and one highlighter in it after all. This is a palette with beautiful, buildable shades without any fallout. I think it will work for a lot of different skin tones. The shades are stunning and different than each other. I have medium skin tone and had to build up the first, lightest shade. The second shade is darker and takes just one swipe to show up. The highlighter is stunning on my medium skin tone.

I use a stiffer brush to apply these shades. Sometimes I mix both the blush shades together for a custom color. This palette is a winner in my books.
