Tom Ford released 3 eyeshadow quads with a new creme powder formula. I picked up 2 of these quads. This is my review for the Tom Ford Eye Color Creme Eyesahdow Quad Smoky Quartz. Do you like shimmer eyeshadows or matte ones? In addition, Smoky Quartz is the only quad out the newly released quads with all matte shades.

The Sephora website says this is “A palette inspired by Tom Ford’s philosophy of sculpting features with light and symmetry that contours eyes with melting, magnetizing shades.”
