I was super thrilled when Charlotte Tilbury added Pillow Talk Medium to their cult classic Pillow Talk line. The original Pillow Talk is a nude lipstick for lighter skin tones. It made perfect sense for the brand to add deeper shades for us medium/deep skin toned beauties.

The Pillow Talk Medium Lipstick is from the Matte Revolution Line. The Matte Revolution Lipsticks are packaged in a beautiful gold tube. Charlotte Tilbury products have such stunning packaging and they look so alluring on the vanity. I also like the square shaped tip of the lipstick.

Formula Of The Pillow Talk Medium Lipstick

Since Pillow Talk is such a bestseller for the brand, Charlotte Tilbury has released this iconic shade in different formulations. I am reviewing the Matte Revolution Pillow Talk Medium Lipstick. As the name suggests this is a matte lipstick that features a long-lasting, buildable, and hydrating formula. The matte formula has Charlotte's secret ingredient and orchid extract. Additionally this product is cruelty-free.

My Experience

Pillow Talk Medium is a warm berry pink. But on me it is almost a terracotta pink brown. It's beautiful on my medium skin tone. The formula is comfortable and my favorite when it comes to matte lipsticks. So if you found the Original Pillow Talk a little bit too light for your linking, give Pillow Talk Medium a try. This lipstick stays on me for around 4-5 hours. And after that it fades beautifully. This lipstick goes with everything. Whenever I am in a fix, I wear Pillow Talk Medium and I feel all put together. I love this shade and hope they never discontinue it.
